Keep the details that make returns easier
A minute of organisation at checkout can save time if something goes wrong.
Keep your confirmation email, receipt and the seller’s order number. For a promotion with unusual conditions, save the relevant offer terms as well.
Check the retailer’s return window before ordering, particularly for personalised, perishable or hygiene-sensitive items. A retailer’s voluntary returns policy is separate from any statutory consumer rights that apply.
If something arrives damaged or is not as described, contact the seller promptly through the official order page and describe the issue clearly. For an explanation of UK consumer rights, use an independent source such as Citizens Advice rather than relying on a deal post.
