How to check vouchers before you pay

A voucher can have conditions that are easy to miss on a deal card.

Read the terms for eligible products, sellers, minimum spend and expiry. Some offers only apply to selected accounts, first orders or one purchase per customer.

If a deal requires ticking a voucher box or entering a code, do it before paying and confirm the discount appears in the order summary. A voucher shown on a product page is not a guarantee it will apply to your basket.

Do not add unwanted items just to unlock a small saving. Compare the final amount with buying only what you need, and keep your order confirmation in case the price differs.
